Job summary

Responsibilities include client outreach, data analysis, reporting, and supporting investment processes; you will build relationships, resolve issues, and help coordinate marketing and meetings in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of investment process and procedures.
• Licensing for designated jurisdiction / portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identifies gaps, issues and best practices by monitoring sales and service targets.
• Builds and maintains client relationships through internal referrals and external marketing.
• Expands growth via telemarketing and outbound calls.
• Coordinates marketing activities and sales material for client discussions.
• Prepares information for client meetings and annual reviews.
