Job summary

Dean Group in Toronto is seeking a Reconciliation Administrator for an all-day onsite role. You will reconcile mutual funds and cash daily, aligning our records with FundServ (MyServ), Cash, NSM, and Web Services, ensuring accurate and timely settlements.

The role requires post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline, with experience in financial reconciliation, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline is required.
• Experience in financial services with reconciliation/adjustments on client accounts is preferred.
• Mutual funds/securities knowledge and related courses (e.g., CSC, IFIC Operations) are assets; FundServ experience desired.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel and day-to-day client account administration.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile mutual funds and cash; compare records with FundServ/MyServ, Cash, NSM and Web Services.

Investment Banking - Reconciliation Administrator

100% Onsite Downtown Toronto
Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm
$25- 28/hour

Duties:

• Reconciliation of mutual funds and cash · Assist to reconcile mutual fund cash and position accounts daily between our book of records and Fundserv (Myserv), Cash, NSM and Web Services)
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to minimize risk and ensure operational accuracy.
• Monitor and manage outstanding breaks, escalating issues when necessary.

Education & Experience

• Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline
• Past experience within the financial services industry with financial reconciliation/adjustments on client accounts
• Mutual funds/securities knowledge and related industry courses (CSC, IFIC Operations, etc.) is an asset - FundServ experience including MyServ
• Working knowledge of day-to-day operations/administration of client accounts, with strong analytical, problem solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and deliver high quality work under pressure
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Adaptability to change and technology-driven environments.
