Our client, a well-established real estate business, is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team.

Your New Role

In this dynamic position, you’ll play a key role in expanding a portfolio of development and investment properties across the GTA. Your responsibilities will include financial analysis, market research, transaction management, and database tracking. You’ll also gain exposure to development, construction, and sales aspects, providing a well-rounded understanding of real estate investment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To succeed as an Investment Analyst, you should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a background in business, finance, or accounting. Strong financial and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and other software, and a keen interest in real estate are essential. You should be detail-oriented, confident, and capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
