Centennial College’s People and Equity team is recruiting for an experienced Investigations Consultant with a strong understanding of investigative processes within a diverse, student centred working and learning environment. The Consultant will be accountable for conducting sensitive and/or specialized investigations involving employees and students. The incumbent will coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders including staff, witnesses, and external agencies, as necessary. The incumbent will prepare investigative reports and present recommendations in support of the College’s Harassment, Discrimination and Violence Prevention Policy and Sexual Violence Policy. In addition, the Consultant will be responsible for developing and facilitating various educational workshops and training.
Proof of credentials or equivalencies from accredited regional or federal post secondary institutions and/or their foreign equivalents will be required at the time of job offer.
