Job summary

Diploma Healthcare Group, Mississauga, is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator / Supply Planner to ensure smooth flow of goods. You will plan, purchase, and manage inventory while collaborating with sales, marketing and logistics to align processes with business goals.

The role focuses on supply planning and analytics, maintaining optimal stock, coordinating with suppliers, and driving continuous improvement. Hybrid work with 3 days in-office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or related area is an asset.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an asset.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups; Power Query or VBA an asset.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: maintain optimal levels and implement control policies.
• Supply Chain Coordination: collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
• Order Management: oversee supplier orders and on-time delivery.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze data and present findings to management.
• Risk Identification and Management: anticipate disruptions and develop contingency plans.
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Master Data: create and maintain material master data in the system.
