Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in raw material and packaging purchasing in manufacturing.
• MS Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• APICS or NAPM (ISM) certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand data and determine procurement quantity for raw materials.
• Develop daily, monthly, and annual raw material plans using forecasts and customer requirements.
• Issue raw material releases to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining inventory levels.
• Follow up with suppliers on confirmations and late orders.
