Job summary

Pangeo Group in Vaughan, Ontario seeks a Logistics Coordinator to translate customer demand, capacity, and inventory into executable production plans, moving material end to end from suppliers to on-time shipments.

This role coordinates production schedules, supplier orders, transportation, customs, and warehouse activity, serving as the main contact for customers on order status and delivery. You will work on-site, monitor KPIs, and drive data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of production planning or logistics experience in manufacturing.
• Diploma or degree in relevant fields; Canadian work authorization preferred.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and customs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Capacity evaluation and production planning to meet delivery targets.
• Develop production plans and coordinate execution with production teams.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation, customs, and warehouse activity.
• Lead production coordination meetings and monitor schedule adherence.
• Track inventory, issue internal orders, and liaise with customers on status.
• Analyze plan attainment and report KPIs; drive data‑driven improvements.
