Job summary

Ascension Automation Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Inventory Clerk/Junior Purchaser to support internal inventory management and material procurement. You will collaborate with suppliers and project teams to ensure materials are available, orders are tracked, and inventories stay current in the system.

This in-office role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while learning our MRP software.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, purchasing, or procurement.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
• Experience or exposure to MRP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and streamline internal inventory item lists.
• Engage with suppliers on procurement, pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Assist project teams with material orders for projects.
• Use MRP software for ordering, planning, and order tracking.
• Take on assigned projects and additional tasks as needed.
