Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Inventory and Demand Planning & Accounts Payable Operations professional to support our Calgary, Canada practice. This hybrid role focuses on managing AP operations, resolving invoice issues, and coordinating with Distribution Centers, AP teams, internal buyers, and multiple suppliers to ensure timely, accurate payments across the procure-to-pay cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable operations, supplier escalations, and invoice exception resolution across client’s P2P processes.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, including pricing mismatches, PO inconsistencies, receiving errors, and supplier deductions.
• Collaborate daily with Distribution Centers, AP teams, internal buyers, and 10+ suppliers to resolve escalations and payment discrepancies.
• Investigate shortage, overage, and damage (OSD) claims, validate supporting documentation, and coordinate dispute resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Leverage Oracle/ERP systems to troubleshoot PO, receiving, and master data issues to improve invoice processing efficiency.
• Support P2P transformation initiatives by identifying root causes, standardizing processes, improving governance, and recommending automation opportunities

Job Title: Inventory and Demand Planning & Accounts Payable Operations

What You’ll Do
