What’s the Role:
You will oversee the execution of the Supply Plan for Bradken in North and South America, focusing initially on regional inventory planning. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Your responsibilities include ensuring core data set accuracy and continuous improvement, maintaining dashboards, communicating with sites to identify issues, and sharing insights with Sales, Manufacturing, and Order Fulfillment teams. Analyzing weekly data will help you address issues promptly and communicate mismatches between supply and demand.
You will manage production timelines, contribute to future supply plans, and fine-tune inventory management strategies, including purchase suggestions and forward order approvals. Monitoring inventory health via key metrics and resolving issues like surplus stock and late orders are also key parts of your role.
Key Technical Criteria:
This role can be based in Edmonton or Phoenix.
