Job description

Make a significant impact on our planning and inventory processes by joining our team in Edmonton.

Application Deadline: 5th June 2025

Who We Are:
Bradken is equipping the resource sector to sustainably advance society.

As an S&Oe Planner, you will be joining a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.
With 3,000 team members worldwide and a bold goal of carbon neutrality by 2030, you’ll be part of a diverse team driving innovation, accuracy, and service excellence.

You'll join a diverse and inclusive team contributing across more than 100 unique professions and trades.

What’s the Role:
You will oversee the execution of the Supply Plan for Bradken in the North and South America regions, focusing initially on regional inventory planning. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Your responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and continuous improvement of core data sets. You will use dashboards to communicate with our sites, identify issues, and meet delivery targets. Regularly, you will share insights from weekly processes with Sales, Manufacturing, and Order Fulfilment teams. Analyzing weekly data will help you address emerging issues and communicate mismatches between supply and demand.

You will manage production timeline expectations, contribute to future supply plans, and handle inventory management by adjusting purchase suggestions (stock levels, order sizes, lead times) and approving forward orders. Tracking inventory health through key metrics (stock on hand, cost, availability, quality, on-time delivery), optimizing stock levels, and resolving late orders and data issues are also part of your role.

Key Technical Criteria:

  • Degree qualified or relevant experience in business, inventory, and/or Supply Chains
  • Experience in inventory management or related Supply Chain planning functions
  • Experience with a modern ERP / MRP system

This role can be based in Edmonton or Phoenix.

If you want to be part of a team that's changing the game, please apply with your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why this role is right for you. The closing date to apply is 5th June 2025. Everyone has a story—be part of ours.
