What’s the Role:
You will oversee the execution of the Supply Plan for Bradken in the North and South America regions, focusing initially on regional inventory planning. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
Your responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and continuous improvement of core data sets. You will use dashboards to communicate with our sites, identify issues, and meet delivery targets. Regularly, you will share insights from weekly processes with Sales, Manufacturing, and Order Fulfilment teams. Analyzing weekly data will help you address emerging issues and communicate mismatches between supply and demand.
You will manage production timeline expectations, contribute to future supply plans, and handle inventory management by adjusting purchase suggestions (stock levels, order sizes, lead times) and approving forward orders. Tracking inventory health through key metrics (stock on hand, cost, availability, quality, on-time delivery), optimizing stock levels, and resolving late orders and data issues are also part of your role.
Key Technical Criteria:
This role can be based in Edmonton or Phoenix.
