Job summary

International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is seeking a qualified Inventory/Logistics professional for the Property Control, Logistics and Commissariat unit in Montreal. The role focuses on asset intake, records accuracy, and warehouse management to support secure and efficient operations.

Essentially, a high school diploma is required with at least five years in inventory/related fields; English and French fluency is needed.

Qualifications

Essential: High school diploma; Desirable: training in inventory/supply-chain management or related field.
Fluent reading, writing and speaking abilities in English and French.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in inventory management or related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinate receipt of inbound assets and deliveries; inspect against purchase orders.
Record assets in ERP and apply barcode tags with accurate records.
Safeguard assets and manage warehouse space for unboxing and release of goods.
Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate timely releases of assets with originating offices and log pickups.
Serve as focal point for Asset Receipt and Fixed Asset modules in ERP.
Maintain electronic records of asset movements and gifts; run inventory reports.
Process incoming mail, asset deliveries and parcels; ensure timely processing.
Maintain logs for shipments and ensure proper receipt and tracking.
