Job summary

McDougall Energy Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our Timmins branch. You will manage fuel reconciliation, process invoices, and support customers with inquiries while working closely with the Operations team.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented candidate with strong customer service and communication abilities.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Solid data entry, numeric, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using an ERP system is an asset.

Responsibilities

Reconciling supplier invoices for completeness, correctness, and validity.
Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms.
Identifying billing discrepancies and coordinating resolution with internal teams.
Creating and processing invoices into the ERP system on schedule.
Answering calls and addressing customer inquiries about fuel delivery and accounts.
