Job summary

McDougall Energy Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk at our Toronto branch to reconcile supplier invoices and manage invoicing while supporting fuel delivery inquiries.

This full-time temporary role focuses on accuracy, timely processing, and cross-function collaboration within a fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will have strong numeric skills, excellent customer service, and ability to work with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling invoices from suppliers for completeness, correctness, and validity and completing the reconciliation in a timely fashion.
• Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms.
• Identifying discrepancies in billings and following up with various internal departments for resolution.
• Creating and processing invoices into the ERP system according to specific timelines
• Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries about fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items.

About The Opportunity

McDougall Energy is looking for a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Inventory Control Clerk, reporting to the Operations Manager at our Toronto branch. This position is a full-time temporary contract (12 Months) and will be mainly responsible for fuel reconciliation:

• Reconciling invoices from suppliers for completeness, correctness, and validity and completing the reconciliation in a timely fashion.
• Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms.
• Identifying discrepancies in billings and following up with various internal departments for resolution.
• Creating and processing invoices into the ERP system according to specific timelines
• Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries about fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items.
