Job summary

Metro Supply Chain Group is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. You will train users, document procedures, and coordinate with operations to optimize inventory flow.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory control with WMS experience, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. The shift is Monday to Friday, 3pm-11pm, with lifting and physical duties typical of warehouse work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Inventory Control using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Red Prairie (RP).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy physically and systemically through monitoring, validation and tracking of moves.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and continuously refine procedures.
• Ensure proper set-up and maintenance of WMS including item master, locations, replenishment and counts.
