Job summary

Fraserway RV’s National Office in Abbotsford, BC is seeking an Inventory Assistant to keep RV inventory accurate across new, pre-owned, and Vacation Certified units. You’ll enter, monitor, and report on stock, shortages, and essential data to management.

You will support the Freight & Inventory team with daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, ensuring VINs align with stock, prices are current, and inventory documentation is complete.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, monitor, and report on incoming and in-stock RV inventory, including new, pre-owned, and Vacation Certified units.
  • Track inventory shortages and deficiencies and report to management.
  • Match VINs with stock numbers and distribute NVIS reports to locations.
  • Update pricing for all manufacturers as needed.
  • Process Rental ALP purchase orders for motorhomes and campers.
  • Defleet rental units and manage wholesale and rental curtailments.
  • Prepare AMI price reports and complete inventory insurance reports.

Job description

Join Fraserway RV, one of Canada’s largest RV dealers, and gain valuable experience with our Freight & Inventory team at our National Office in Abbotsford, BC. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to help keep our RV inventory accurate and up to date. In this role, you’ll enter, monitor, and report on incoming and in-stock RV inventory, including new, pre-owned, and Vacation Certified units. You’ll also track inventory shortages and deficiencies and ensure they are accurately reported to management.

Job Duties
Daily Responsibilities
  • Process unit advances to maintain accurate inventory and financial records
  • Process unit payouts to ensure timely and accurate updates in the system
Weekly Responsibilities
  • Match VINs with stock numbers and distribute NVIS reports to the appropriate locations
  • Update pricing for all manufacturers as needed
  • Process Rental ALP purchase orders for motorhomes and campers
  • Benchmark pricing across inventory
  • Update unit specifications to reflect new models or product lines
  • Receive Adventurer rental units into inventory
Monthly Responsibilities
  • Defleet rental units
  • Manage wholesale and rental curtailments
  • Prepare AMI price reports for management
  • Complete inventory insurance reports, including all required data entryli>
  • Match unit and brokerage invoices, ensuring declared amounts are accurate
  • Download and store Frontier and Cole invoices to the inventory P-drive
  • Conduct physical inventories, including reconciling units and updating lot codes
  • Collect manufacturer documentation (CUSMAS) before expiration and forward to the broker
  • Perform other inventory duties as assigned by the Inventory Supervisor

Compensation: $18.25–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience with fleet inventory.
