Job summary

Johnson Controls’ division Silent-Aire is seeking an Inventory Analyst to compile and maintain records of stock, post totals in the ERP system, and ensure accurate inventory levels. You will support outgoing shipments and incoming items, contributing to smooth operations across Operations, Production and Shipping & Receiving.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience (3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of workplace safety, safe lifting and handling procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of material, equipment and supplies in stock.
• Count inventories and post totals to ERP (Sage) system.
• Support annual inventory counts and daily cycle counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Purchasing and Operations to ensure accurate inventory.
