Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to design and deliver strategic communications across an increasingly distributed workforce in Canada. You will own the corporate intranet, manage digital channels, and guide leaders on change and engagement initiatives.

The role requires bilingual English/French communication, strong project management, and hands-on use of AI-assisted content tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, change management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
  • Ability to translate complex priorities into clear messages for varied audiences.
  • Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools for content creation and operations.
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Teams, and Viva Engage.
  • Data-driven with channel analytics and KPI mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver integrated internal communications plans that support business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted communications advisor and support change, transformation, and engagement initiatives.
  • Own the editorial direction of the corporate intranet (SharePoint Online): governance, information architecture, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the broader digital channel ecosystem (Teams, Viva Engage, email/newsletter, digital signage, mobile channels).
  • Use AI-assisted workflows for drafting, translation support, personalization, and content operations while upholding quality and privacy standards.
  • Build and animate digital communities that encourage two-way dialogue, knowledge sharing, and employee voice.
  • Measure engagement and sentiment; track KPIs and build dashboards to turn data into improvements.
  • Ensure accessibility and Bill 96 compliance across all employee-facing content.
