What are your contributions to the team?
- Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with assigned/approved vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Bombardier and staffing vendors, fostering strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and effective communication to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Align Bombardier’s strategic workforce priorities with contractor and or contract-to-hireneeds across Aftermarket, Engineering, and Défense sectors in the United States.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within vendor relationships, particularly inareas such as onboarding and training.
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from both Bombardier and staffing vendors, anticipatepotential challenges and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement proactive solutions.
- Support communication loops related to business needs, contractor performance, andcandidate ownership to ensure clarity and accountability.Support/Attend weekly governance calls with staffing vendors to review and align on Bombardier’sbusiness requirements and performance expectations.
- Attend and participate in weekly governance meetings with business stakeholders andinternal teams to ensure alignment to workforce needs and headcount planning.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for candidates followingoffer acceptance.
- Conduct quality audits of supplier documentation, including onboarding forms and vendorpackets, to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the distribution of requisitions to staffing vendors and monitor candidate pipelinesto ensure timely movement and engagement.
- Process all agency candidate submissions through PowerApp with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintaining and updating agency submittals and dispositioning them on SuccessFactorsfor agency candidates to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
- Complete contractor conversions (offers) for the sites you are responsible for.
- Compile reports for your sites if asked on number of submittals, interviews and offers.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently enrolled in a university program studying in Human Resources, Management, or Business.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, Bilingualism is preferred (English and French).
- You have good knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- You are a self-motivated team player with a positive outlook, flexible and an approachable demeanor.
- You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
- You can work 40 hours per week.
- You can respect timelines and can manage multiple projects, while remaining calm in a fast-paced environment.
- You are eager to learn and develop professionally.
