Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Intern, Human Business Partner for Winter 2027 in Dorval, QC. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and exposes you to employee engagement, HR analytics and dashboard development within a global aviation leader.

You will support HR Business Partners with compensation, promotions, talent management and employee relations, while contributing to process improvements and reporting. Open to students and includes travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in initiatives and employee-related matters, including engagement, compensation, promotions, talent management and relations.
• Contribute to improving HR processes and best practices.
• Prepare HR analyses, reports and key metrics while providing administrative support.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to support HR projects.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Support HR Business Partners in a variety of initiatives and employee-related matters, including employee engagement, compensation, promotions, talent management, and employee relations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and best practices.
• Prepare HR analyses, reports, and key metrics while providing administrative support to the team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to support HR projects and decision-making.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.Knowledge of SAP or another Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is considered an asset.
• You have strong proficiency in theMicrosoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• You are a highly motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are detail-oriented and demonstrate a high level of accuracy in your work.
• You are well organized, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You maintain a positive attitude and are approachable and collaborative.
• You are able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when required.
