Responsibilities

• Perform various administrative tasks in support of the Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams.
• Prepare invoices and compile approvals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Generate reports outlining deviations from boilerplate text in contracts.
• Update governance databases and logs for tracking and oversight.
• Participate in governance meetings and support internal/external audits.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by the teams.

What are your contributions to the team?

Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:

• prepare invoices
• compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies
• generate reports that outline deviations from a contractual 'boilerplate' text

• participate in various governance meetings
• support internal and external audits
• perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.
