Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is offering a 12-month internship at the Completion Center. You will help build service facilities globally, develop business cases, and participate in strategic meetings with leadership.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and the ability to present analyses to senior staff. Eligible interns are students, traveling outside Canada for training and work as needed.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in construction, engineering or architecture program.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good team worker with reliability and planning ability.
• Willing to travel outside Canada occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Building brand new service facilities across the globe.
• Building business cases to support growth strategies and expansion decisions
• Creating strategic partnerships with top aviation players.
• Plan, coordinate and prepare presentations on behalf of our leadership team.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in key meetings with external stakeholders
• Present analysis and/or recommended strategy to leadership team.
• Improve and/or automate the team's tools and processes to increase quality and productivity.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are familiar with construction or project management
• You have knowledge in general engineering and architecture
• You are familiar with financial and expenditure activities of business operations
• You have at least 5 years of experience
• You are a good team worker and are highly reliable
• You work autonomously by being well organized and planning your time
• You take the initiative to do things without it being asked
• You have good computer skills (Windows), including very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• You speak and write in both English and French
