Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Canada (Dorval) is offering an internship in Strategy and Governance, Operations Support for Winter 2027. The role supports governance activities, data analysis, and the preparation of senior management dashboards and reports.

You will update SharePoint, contribute to visit coordination, and help develop processes and tools while learning across strategy, governance, and operations. Open to university students, with a hybrid workplace arrangement.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a university program in business administration, strategy, operations management, project management, finance, analytics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior management.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to produce summaries and performance metrics.
• Support the production of the team’s recurring deliverables and governance activities.
• Update tracking tools, dashboards, and SharePoint content.
• Contribute to managing the visit portal and coordinating visits, meetings, and leadership events.
• Document processes and develop procedures, guides, and work tools.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and deliverables.
• Conduct research and contribute to various projects related to strategy, governance, and operations.
