Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is offering an exciting internship in Research and Technology at their Dorval, QC location, beginning Fall 2026. This role involves collaboration on research projects with industry and academia, financial reporting for R&D, and support for strategic contracts. Ideal candidates are second or third year university students interested in Aerospace Engineering and must have good communication skills in both French and English.

Interns will have the opportunity to participate in networking events and gain insights into Bombardier's innovative culture. A hybrid working model is available to ensure flexibility.

What are your contributions to the team?
  • Participate in the coordination of research and technology collaborative research projects with industry, academia and government partners by identifying and implementing improvements to tools and processes.
  • Participate, as part of the R&T Program Office, in the coordination of progress and financial reporting for various R&D funding mechanisms.
  • Participate, as part of R&T Program Office, in the coordination of various contracts needed to support strategic collaborative research projects.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You have the necessary skills to be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • You are a second or third year University student with an interest in Aerospace Engineering, Product Development, and Continuous Improvement.
  • You have good communication skills in both French and English.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a must.
