Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the integration of the flight control, hydraulic and/or landing gear systems for hydro-mechanical designs.
• Assess design changes and support integration of hydro-mechanical systems.
• Review supplier documentation and provide feedback on design changes.
• Check quality of supplier tests and analyses and prepare certification reports.
• Liaise with RM&S, simulations, customer and operations teams; track progress of tasks.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Provide support in the integration of the flight control, hydraulic and/or landing gear system for the definition, specification, design, analysis, modification, test and certification of hydro-mechanical systems.
• Assess the design changes and support integration of the hydro-mechanical systems.
• Review the supplier documentation in support of design change and provide feedback.
• Check for quality of the Supplier's tests and analyses.
• Prepare or review qualification or certification reports.
• Liaise with stress, loads, reliability, maintainability and safety (RM&S), simulation, customer and operations support departments.
• Identify issues and obstacles, follow-up and communicate progress of assigned tasks.
