Job summary

Bombardier is offering an internship in Organizational Learning & Development for Winter 2027 in Dorval, Quebec. The role focuses on supporting the learning architecture team, developing instructional materials, and coordinating with Learning Partners.

Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in instructional design, Ed-Tech, or related design fields, and possess strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. Hybrid work arrangement with potential travel for training.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with learning architecture team and SME to create Learning modules activities.
• Assist in development of instructional materials (including e-learning modules, presentations, assessments, SOJTs).
• Collaborate with site’s Business Learning Partners in implementing and evaluating new training solutions.
• Support in research, content curation, and organization for new and ongoing learning projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing learning experiences and value for Bombardier.
• Handle LMS administrative tasks and report on training activities.
• Lead governance activities such as KPI data and team virtual socials.

Responsibilities

How to thrive in this role?

• Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following:
  • Instructional design or Ed-Tech; or
  • Graphic Design or Multimedia Arts.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Spoken langues 2 : EN/FR, ES is a plus.
• Experience in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & SharePoint.
• Basic familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) or a willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment & customer satisfaction.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing software is a plus.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
