Job summary

EQB, Canada’s challenger bank, invites you to join as an Intern, Modern Workplace Analyst for Jan–Apr 2027. You will support and improve end-user experiences across laptops, mobile devices and cloud services, focusing on Intune, Office 365, and user policies.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to shape deployment processes, document changes, and help strengthen the Digital Workspace strategy while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations.

Qualifications

• No prior internship required; preference for 1+ co-op or relevant support experience.
• Strong Windows and macOS familiarity.
• Experience with Intune and Office 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage policies for the modern workspace.
• Deploy and support applications across devices.
• Act as escalation point from IT service teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on Digital Workspace initiatives.

The Work:

We are seeking a Modern Workplace Analyst Intern to join our Modern Workplace team at Canada’s Challenger Bank. As an intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting and improving the user experience across various endpoints within the bank, including laptops, mobile devices, and cloud solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing end-user experiences and streamlining service delivery processes to minimize incidents related to planned changes.

As a member of the Modern Workplace team, you will also collaborate and partner with different stakeholders to create policies, processes, and application deployments that meet the goals of the Digital Workspace Strategy.
