The Office Experience & Facilities Intern supports the Office Experience team by assisting with facilities operations, workplace projects, office administration, and workplace planning initiatives. The role offers hands‑on exposure to corporate facilities management, project coordination, workplace strategy, vendor management, and office operations within a fast‑paced financial services environment.
A key focus of this role will be supporting major workplace initiatives, including the completion and ongoing optimization of the 25 Ontario office environment, while ensuring day‑to‑day facilities operations are delivered efficiently and effectively.
The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from EQ Bank’s additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street, Toronto, ON.
