Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, QC is offering an internship in Sales Operations (Winter 2027). You will work with Sales Support and Skyline Management to keep data accurate and prepare weekly reports for the Sales Leadership team.

You will assist in creating Senior Management presentations, support Sales Account Representatives with brochures, quotes and proposals, and participate in developing new tools and processes to improve Sales Operations. Hybrid workplace with some travel outside Canada as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, or related.
• Team player and highly reliable.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task to meet dynamic deadlines.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Salesforce experience is an asset.
• Aerospace and Sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Sales Support and Skyline Management colleagues in order to maintain accurate data on worldwide sales activity.
• Preparing weekly reports used by the Sales Leadership team to review the organization’s progress on their quarterly mandates.
• Supporting the creation of various Senior Management presentations to highlight the Sales team’s performance.
• Assisting the Sales Account Representatives on transactional items (such as providing product brochures, obtaining quotes for customer-specific requests, drafting proposals, etc.)
• Participating in the conception, development and implementation of new tools, reports, processes, and databases to improve the overall Sales Operations organization.

What are your contributions to the team?

During your internship, you will contribute to:
