Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is offering an internship in Technical Publications Support & Business Process Automation for Winter 2027. The role targets students in Business, Finance, or Commerce and involves supporting project planning, data integrity, and reporting.

The program includes hybrid work, travel for training, and exposure to SAP, Salesforce, and forecasting systems. Location is Dorval, Canada, with a 4-month duration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and KPIs.
• Create and maintain sales forecasting reports and determine future trends.
• Provide account management and coordination of key customer accounts and contracts.
• Maintain client records and data integrity in the subscription management system.
• Develop methods for data cleansing and data integrity.
• Provide reports and recommendations supporting business decisions.
• Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and manage risks/issues.
• Monitor and report project progress to governance bodies.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Develop, lead and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and continuously meet and exceed KPIs
• Create and maintain various sales forecasting reports and determine future trends
• Provide account management and coordination of key customer accounts and contracts
• Maintain client records and data integrity in the subscription management system in place
• Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data cleansing and data integrity
• Provide customized reports and recommendations supporting ongoing business decisions or initiatives
• Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers
• Ensure detailed project planning:
• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan
• Recording and managing project risks and issues, escalating where necessary
• Managing project scope, through the project change control process
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance to the necessary Project Governance meetings and Steering Committees

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project) and are familiar with the usage of SAP, Salesforce and sales forecasting and subscription management systems/software.
