Job summary

Bombardier Aerospace in Dorval, QC is offering an 8-month internship in Sales Support for an intern enrolled in a university program. You will assist with customer parts inquiries, learn Bombardier’s Parts infrastructure, and contribute to sales transactions using SAP and Lotus Notes.

• Enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master) in Business or Engineering.
• Available for an 8-month internship and able to work 40 hours per week.
• Fluency in English and French with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with aerospace or related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and resolve customer base parts inquiries using all available tools.
• Negotiate and win sales using knowledge of Bombardier’s Parts infrastructure.
• Conduct SAP and Lotus Notes tasks to support customer sales transactions.

• Communicating and resolving customer base parts inquiries using all the tools and support network at your disposal

• In depth practice of SAP & Lotus Notes to understand and support customer sales transactions
