Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a winter 2027 Intern, Entry into Service, in Dorval, QC. The role focuses on monitoring the entry-into-service skyline, maintaining Salesforce data, and producing reports to support customer-centric initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, are bilingual (English/French), and can work in a hybrid environment while staying organized and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Business, Commerce or Engineering.
• Organized, meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, update and communicate the entry into service skyline for upcoming deliveries to upper management and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain information accuracy in the Salesforce database.
• Create reports, analyses and queries to support customer-centric initiatives.
• Track aircraft deliveries daily.
• Communicate with Field Support teams by email or telephone to support customer requests.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to support deliverables and timely communications.
• Monitor consumption of contract entitlements and commitments.
• Audit billing requests and EIS invoices and reconcile Pilot/Technical support charges with Salesforce data.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Monitor, update and communicate the entry into service skyline for all upcoming deliveries to upper management & internal stakeholders
• Maintain information accuracy in the SalesForce.com database
• Create required reports, analysis and queries in various software tools to support various customer centric initiatives
• Track aircraft deliveries daily
• Communicate by email and/or by telephone, as required, with the Field Support teams to support customer requests
• Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to support deliverables and timely communications
• Monitor the consumption of contract related entitlements and commitments.
• Audit billing requests and Entry-into-Service invoices related to customer deliveries and reconcile Pilot/Technical support charges to ensure accuracy with Salesforce data.
