Job summary

Bombardier invites a Winter 2027 Intern, Customer Relationship Management, to join the Dorval team on a hybrid basis for an 8-month program. The role involves maintaining CRM master data, researching records in Salesforce, and creating profiles for senior leadership and sales teams. Travel outside Canada may be required.

Strong English/French communication, teamwork, and analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to data governance for the customer lifecycle master data in SFDC.
• Research and update customer and aircraft owner/operator records in Salesforce.
• Verify and prevent duplicates; research and qualify new SFDC entries.
• Create company and executive profiles for leadership and sales teams.
• Perform regular data quality checks to maintain data integrity and meet SLAs.
• Handle customer Portal access requests and fleet modification inquiries.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Adhere to our strict data governance protocols for our customer lifecycle master data
• Using 3rd party subscription databases and the internet to research and update information within our CRM application (Salesforce.com)
  • This includes companies and their hierarchies and associated contacts (e.g. telephone, address, e‑mail, net worth, website, financials, industry type, ownership type, etc.)
  • Verify and update customer and competitive aircraft owner, operator, and management company information
  • Research and qualify new record entries in SFDC ensuring the integrity of the information and validating no duplicate records have been created
  • Manage sales exceptions where sales territory assignments are misalignedCreate company and executive profiles for our senior leadership and sales teams
  • Perform regular data quality checks in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy is maintained
  • Meet or exceed the expectations of internal stakeholders by delivering quality results within the pre‑determined Service Level Agreement timelines
• Managing and addressing customer requests for Customer Portal access as well as modifications to their aircraft fleet
