Job summary

Bombardier invites engineering students to join the EcoJet Project Management team for an 8-month internship in Saint-Laurent, QC. You will support project management activities, develop schedules, and prepare financial metrics.

This hybrid role requires at least two years in an engineering program related to aerospace, strong PM interest, excellent organization, and good communication. Travel outside Canada may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university level engineering program or aerospace-related field.
• Have completed at least two years of the program.
• Experience or strong interest in Project Management.
• Strong interest in innovation and technology development.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Motivated, curious and independent with collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Design Thinking is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management activities of technical projects in Research and Technology.
• Develop, track and update project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain financial metrics, project planning and related components.
• Establish regular monitoring process with project stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly presentations covering project progress.
• Elaborate flow diagrams.
• Help improve project management processes (risk/opportunity, change management, gate reviews).
