Job summary

Bombardier in Dorval, QC, is offering an 8‑month Winter 2027 internship as an Intern, Human Resources Business Partner. You will support HR initiatives, assist with employee relations, and help maintain HR analytics and dashboards.

The role requires a current Bachelor's degree track in Industrial Relations or HR, and familiarity with SAP is a plus. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, HR Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP, or another HRIS, is an asset.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in initiatives and employee-related matters, including engagement, compensation, promotions, talent management and employee relations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and best practices.
• Prepare HR analyses, reports and key metrics with administrative support.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to support HR projects and decision-making.

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.Knowledge of SAP or another Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is considered an asset.
