Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Intern in Supply Chain (Business Information Systems) for Winter 2027 in Dorval, QC. You will learn to navigate a multi-department organization, develop speaking and presentation skills, and support governance and data-driven decision making.

By applying your coursework in accounting/finance/PM/business administration, you will contribute to data analysis, NDA coordination, and procurement support, while collaborating with teams across SAP, SharePoint, and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, project management or business administration.
• Strong MS Excel and Office suite skills.
• Autonomous, organized and analytical with a focus on data-driven improvements.
• Good customer service mindset and written/spoken communication in English/French.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and generate NDAs between Bombardier and suppliers.
• Schedule weekly project reviews and monthly cost reviews.
• Follow up on supplier invoice queries and ensure process rigor.
• Analyze and manipulate data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support BIS IT Procurement and update SharePoint-documents as needed.
• Assist PMO procurement support and ensure follow-up actions.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Coordinate and generate Non-Disclosure Agreements between Bombardier and its suppliers
• Participate in and schedule weekly project review meetings and monthly cost review meetings and other related meetings
• Follow up on invoice queries from our suppliers
• Contribute to ensuring rigor in the various internal processes (supply chain)
• Analyze and manipulate a large amount of data to locate opportunities for improvement
• Offer support to the BIS IT Procurement team as needed
• Manage and update contract documents on SharePoint
• Support the procurement process for the Project Management Office and ensure follow-up

How to thrive in this role?

• You are studying in accounting, finance, project management or business administration
• You have an excellent understanding of management and the contribution of support activities to business success (e.g. accounting and human resources)
• You are autonomous, organized and have strong analytical skills
• You have strong customer service skills
• You have strong MS Excel knowledge and Office suite You have knowledge of Sharepoint and SAP (an asset)
• You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material
• You are proactive in identifying and validating consistencies and accuracy of financial information
• You can be proactive in proposing solutions and improvement ideas, and you show resourcefulness
• You can work effectively in both English and French on a daily basis
• You can work on-site at least two (2) days per week at one of our Montreal facilities, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy
