Bombardier is seeking an Intern, HR Vendor Management Coordinator in Toronto for Winter 2027. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing vendors, acting as the primary liaison to align workforce needs with contracts across U.S. sites.

You are enrolled in a university program (HR/Management/Business), with English and French bilingualism preferred, and strong MS Office skills. The role includes a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional growth.

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned/approved vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Bombardier and staffing vendors, fostering trust and clear communication.
• Align Bombardier’s workforce priorities with contractor needs across Aftermarket, Engineering and Defence in the U.S.
• Identify opportunities for onboarding/training process improvements within vendor relationships.
• Respond to inquiries from Bombardier and staffing vendors and implement proactive solutions.
• Attend weekly governance calls with staffing vendors to review business requirements and expectations.
• Attend governance meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment to workforce needs.
• Manage onboarding for candidates after offer acceptance.
• Conduct quality audits of supplier documentation to ensure compliance.
• Distribute requisitions to staffing vendors and monitor candidate pipelines.
• Process agency candidate submissions through PowerApp with accuracy.
• Maintain and update agency submittals and dispositions in SuccessFactors.
• Complete contractor conversions (offers) for the sites you are responsible for.
• Compile reports on submittals, interviews and offers.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with assigned/approved vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Bombardier and staffing vendors, fosteringstrong relationships built on trust, transparency, and effective communication to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Align Bombardier’s strategic workforce priorities with contractor and or contract-to-hireneeds across Aftermarket, Engineering, and Défense sectors in the United States.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within vendor relationships, particularly inareas such as onboarding and training.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns from both Bombardier and staffing vendors, anticipatepotential challenges and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement proactive solutions.
• Support communication loops related to business needs, contractor performance, andcandidate ownership to ensure clarity and accountability.Support/Attend weekly governance calls with staffing vendors to review and align on Bombardier’sbusiness requirements and performance expectations.
• Attend and participate in weekly governance meetings with business stakeholders andinternal teams to ensure alignment to workforce needs and headcount planning.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for candidates followingoffer acceptance.
• Conduct quality audits of supplier documentation, including onboarding forms and vendorpackets, to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support the distribution of requisitions to staffing vendors and monitor candidate pipelinesto ensure timely movement and engagement.
• Process all agency candidate submissions through PowerApp with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining and updating agency submittals and dispositioning them on SuccessFactorsfor agency candidates to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
• Complete contractor conversions (offers) for the sites you are responsible for.
• Compile reports for your sites if asked on number of submittals, interviews and offers.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are currently enrolled in a university program studying in Human Resources, Management, or Business.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills, Bilingualism is preferred (English and French).
• You have good knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• You are a self-motivated team player with a positive outlook, flexible and an approachable demeanor.
• You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
• You can work 40 hours per week.
• You can respect timelines and can manage multiple projects, while remaining calm in a fast-paced environment.
• You are eager to learn and develop professionally.

• Flexible workplace-Hybrid

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
