Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH invites students to join the Internship in Program Management Completions (Winter 2027) at Dorval, QC, Canada. This 8-month program offers a hybrid work arrangement and may require occasional travel outside Canada for training or assignments.

You will support coordination between teams, monitor progress, analyze performance indicators, and contribute to improvement and standardization projects while developing essential program management skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in business administration, finance, or engineering.
• Familiarity with MS Office is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate: participate in follow-up meetings, support coordination between teams, and prepare progress reports.
• Improve and monitor performance: analyze indicators, develop tracking tools, and contribute to standardization projects.
• Monitor project progress: track activities, priorities, and schedules.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to reduce delays.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Coordination and communication: participate in follow-up meetings, support coordination between teams, and prepare progress reports.

• Project monitoring: monitor the progress of activities, priorities, and schedules.
• Risk and schedule management: identify risks of delays and propose solutions to reduce them.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are familiar with basic principles of financial management, project management, and/or portfolio management.
• You are enrolled in business administration, finance, or engineering.
• You are proficient with the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• You are organized and self-sufficient in carrying out your tasks.
• You have good communication skills.
• You speak and write in French and English.
