Job summary

Fastfrate is seeking an Intermodal Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize the supply chain for assigned customers, manage carrier relationships, and ensure efficient distribution of goods. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate bookings, monitor performance, and support margins while maintaining accurate audit documentation in the TMS.

Qualifications

• Experience with Intermodal shipping.
• Experience in cross-border shipping, full-truckload as well as less-than-truckload.
• Experience in third-party logistics or brokerage role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth load booking, tracking, and order closure.
• Support customer satisfaction by communicating shipment status, ETAs, and updates.
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, carriers and internal teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
