Your opportunity

Dillon’s Land Development is seeking an Intermediate Civil Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work on exciting projects while providing clients with a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

What your day will look like

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Ensure client needs and expectations are met through clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and work with administration on financial activities.
  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality standards and resolving on-site issues.
  • Support post-construction activities such as project closeouts and municipal processes.

Project Engineer Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design and engineering of site and subdivision projects, including grading, drainage, and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with project teams and clients to facilitate design approvals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff.

Learning & Development

  • Commit to ongoing professional growth.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Participate in professional associations and committees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Registered P.Eng. in Ontario.
  • Expertise in subdivision and site plan design.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management practices.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in civil/land development.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in Southwestern Ontario projects is a plus.
