Job summary

Fleetway Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to support the Technical Publications team, aiding the development of technical documentation for next‑gen Royal Canadian Navy ships.

You will gather and analyze TDP requirements, document processes, and maintain traceability across the project lifecycle. The role involves facilitating meetings, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with CGP and security clearance requirements, while contributing to process improvement

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience developing process maps, workflows, or business documentation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Compliance with CGP and Government Security Clearance requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to process effectiveness and data quality.
