You will manage calendars, prepare documents, organize records, and coordinate meetings and events. The position requires strong communication, confidentiality, and proficient MS Office skills, with on-site presence

Rate (CAD): Up to $37.50 per hour / Commensurate with related experience and market competitiveness
Term: 6 months (2026-07-18 to 2027-01-15) with 12 month extension available (up to 18-month contract)
Hours per day: 7.25

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director, Branch Administrator, managers, and staff. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing office needs, coordinating communications, maintaining organized records, and supporting a wide range of branch activities. The Administrative Assistant is a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contributes to an efficient, well‑functioning workplace.
