• Senior finance experience as Controller/VP Finance or senior reporting leader in a large organization.
• Strong IFRS accounting and financial reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes and reporting.
• Oversee a ~35-finance team and maintain engagement and accountability during change.
• Partner with the CFO to provide technical accounting leadership and governance.
• Oversee treasury activities including cash management and liquidity planning.
• Support acquisitions including purchase price accounting and integration reporting.
