Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, and business planning experience.
• Experience as Interim Director, FP&A Director, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale budgeting and forecasting cycles in complex organizations.
• Strong people leadership experience to motivate and develop teams during change.
• Exposure to budgeting/forecasting technologies and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to a team of FP&A professionals.
• Collaborate with budget owners and operational leaders to develop, validate, and challenge assumptions.
• Consolidate and analyze budget submissions, identify risks, opportunities, and variances.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
• Ensure budget timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
• Hands-on analysis and modelling in an Excel-based environment.
• Improve accuracy, transparency, and consistency of reporting and forecasting.
• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and efficiency.
