Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee global accounting, reporting, and internal controls. The VP will partner with the CFO on governance, regulatory readiness, and enterprise risk management, while guiding the IR/controls program across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires deep expertise in IFRS/US GAAP, SOX/ICFR, external audit, and Audit Committee support, with a CPA designation and TSX experience. Hybrid work from Ottawa is available.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• TSX experience required; NASDAQ/NYSE experience desirable.
• Active CPA designation required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, SOX and ICFR.
• Experience with external audit, audit committee support, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, external reporting, and internal control functions for global operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and public disclosures (IFRS/US GAAP).
• Oversee audit readiness, external audit coordination, and SOX/ICFR compliance across jurisdictions.
• Partner with risk management and internal audit.
• Support CFO on Audit Committee matters and financial governance topics.
• Scale accounting processes as business grows across geographies and products.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration and operational excellence.
