Sephora Canada in Edmonton is seeking an Interim Lead to guide a busy beauty team, deliver outstanding client service, and exceed store goals. You will coach staff, maintain brand standards, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment.

This full-time position requires 2+ years of leadership in retail, strong communication, and the ability to train associates. Expect schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays with bonus and benefits.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr. In addition, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.
