Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Lead to guide a high-performing team at SK-Meadows Market in Saskatoon. You will coach, inspire, and elevate client experiences while driving sales in a fast-paced beauty environment. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, product knowledge, and a client-first mindset.

You will partner with store teams to achieve goals and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture. Competitive hourly pay CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr, with bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance Contribute to overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth Contribute to the ongoing success of your team by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
• Train and develop Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr. In addition, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.
