Job summary

Groupe Gestion SNJ is seeking an Interim Compliance & Training Manager to cover 12 World Gym locations in Quebec. The role focuses on interim management, audits, and training to uphold company standards and member experience.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in training/compliance, a fitness background, bilingual English/French, and willingness to travel frequently. This role is highly operational and mobile with potential for permanent advancement within the network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Education is considered an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in training, operations, compliance, or a similar role; fitness industry experience is required.
• Excellent communication, observation, coaching, and report-writing skills.
• Bilingual in French and English; valid driver’s licence; frequent travel; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Interim management across 12 World Gym Quebec locations.
• Conduct compliance audits and document findings with corrective actions.
• Provide training and development support to employees and managers; ensure adherence to standards.
