Horizon Media in Toronto is seeking a Supervisor, Integrated Investment & Operations to oversee operational excellence and lifecycle management of digital media campaigns across client accounts. You will translate client-approved blocking charts into Mediaocean (Prisma) Book, Bill & Pay orders and ensure tight synchronization throughout flight.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in media operations, investment, or campaign management within an agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Mediaocean (Prisma).
• Deep understanding of agency financial workflows, media billing cycles (Book, Bill, Pay), media authorizations, and invoice reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Order Creation & Maintenance: Build, manage, and audit all media authorizations, IOs, and BBP line items in Mediaocean (Prisma).
• Blocking Chart Parity: Ensure strict 1:1 synchronization between client-approved media flowcharts/blocking charts and Prisma procurement structures across all media partners, tactics, placements, and flight dates.
• Change Order Management: Facilitate real-time revisions, budget shifts, and schedule reallocations, ensuring corresponding Prisma buy orders, billing parameters, and vendor IOs are updated promptly.
