Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in media planning and strategy.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, analytics and media trends.
• Strong leadership skills and experience developing media professionals, ability to manage a team.
• Experience in a client relationship management role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media research/reporting resources.

Responsibilities

• 45% - Strategic Planning & Leadership: translate client goals into strategic media solutions; lead strategic framework and presentations; supervise reporting and data accuracy.
• 30% - Client Relationship Development: maintain rapport with clients; leverage Horizon resources to deliver holistic solutions; anticipate requests.
• 15% - Team Management & Supervision: manage day-to-day operations; provide feedback; support career growth; conduct reviews; foster positive team environment.
• 10% - Relationship Management: lead client meetings and presentations; main point of contact across Horizon departments.
